Café Plus Hangout — A Wingspan Initiative provides hospitality support services — staffing, outlet setup, procurement coordination and operations support — to cafés, restaurants, bars and breweries.

Content on this site is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, submit false information, or use our forms for spam or unlawful purposes.

Submitting a form does not create a contract. Scope, timelines, fees and payment terms are agreed separately in a written proposal, quotation or service agreement before work begins.

We screen candidates and check references before recommending them, but hiring, supervision and workplace compliance remain the responsibility of the outlet. Availability for emergency or temporary requirements depends on role, location, shift and notice period.

Where we introduce or coordinate suppliers, contractors or equipment vendors, the supply contract is between you and that party. We are not the manufacturer or warranty provider for third-party goods.

Fees, milestones and payment schedules are set out in your agreement. Invoices are payable within the agreed period; delayed payment may pause ongoing support.

Both parties will keep commercial information, pricing and operational details shared during an engagement confidential.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an engagement is limited to the fees paid to us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
